Palos Verdes Spring Select League

Description: The Spring Select League is for AYSO post-season teams seeking balanced and fun competition in a weekly tournament format.

Eligibility: Open to Select, All Star, and Tournament teams

Location: The Spring Select League is played at two convenient venues in Palos Verdes:

Girls:
· U10 – Ridgecrest Intermediate School
· U12/U14 – Highridge Park

Boys:
· U10 – Ridgecrest Intermediate School
· U12 – Highridge Park
· U14 -  Montemalaga School


The Details:
· Open to Boys and Girls U10, U12, and U14
· First games February 2-3, final games expected to be April 26-27
· No games February 16-17; March 22-23 (Easter); April 12-13 (Area 1-F Founders Cup Tournament) weekends
· Girls play Saturdays, Boys on Sundays
· U10 will play 7v7; U12-U14 will play 11 v 11
· U10 allowed to roster up to 14 players; U12-U14 up to 18
· Eight game minimum
· Teams will be divided into Gold and Silver Pools after round of assessment matches
· Second half competition based on relative standing
· Top three finishers in each pool will receive medals
· Players and coaches receive a pin and a T-shirt
· Entry fee - $475 for all teams (a bargain!)
· Referee Deposit - $350 (refundable)
· Deadline for Registration – January 11, 2008


We Want to Register – Next Steps:
1. Please fill out the on-line registration form (click here) and print a copy.
2. Obtain an eAYSO roster for your team (please list by uniform number) and have signed by your regional commissioner.
3. Have prepared a check for $825.00 payable to “AYSO Region 10”. It must be drawn on your region’s checking account.
4. Mail the registration form, eAYSO roster, and check to:

5. After we receive your application, eAYSO roster, and check we will mail to you (or have available on-line) the application and Referee forms.
