Set Up Team

1. Hallway
· Tables and chairs to be set up as per diagram
· Place flyers around on each table
· Place pens on each table
· Tape 4 Age Charts evenly on Forms Check In table
· Place black felt pens (one per individual) on Forms Check In table

2. Community Room
· Tables and chairs to be set up as per diagram
· Tape signs on wall behind each station
  · Tape Age Charts in the middle of each Division table and Cashier’s table
· Place runner boxes/box tops in between each Division table and behind Cashier’s table
· Place pens on each table
