Room and Table Set Up Instructions
(Rev. 4/28/05)

1. Tables and chairs to be arranged as per diagram; in the hallway as well as in the Community Room.

2. Division/Cashier’s/Referee’s/Volunteer’s/Summer Soccer descriptive table signs to be taped on wall behind respective table (Referee’s and Volunteer’s to be taped on table).

3. “Boys” and “Girls” signs to be taped on wall on opposite sides of Division signs; “Boys” on left, “Girls” on right.

4. 2 Division Table instructions are to be taped on each Division table, one on the left of middle and one on the right of middle, facing the volunteers.

5. 2 Age Charts are to be taped on each Division table, one on the left of middle and one on the right of middle, facing the volunteers, in between the Division Table instructions in item 4. above.

6. 4 Age Charts are to be taped on the Check-In table in the hallway, facing the volunteers, spaced out across the table.

7. “Back Room Team” instructions to be placed on their tables.

8. 4 pens to be placed on each volunteer table, both in the hallway (only the Check-In table) as well as the Community Room (do not place pens on the tables in the hallway that the registrants/parents may be using). No pens on the “Back Room/Sorting” table.

9. Various flyers/information brochures to be placed on registrants’/parents’ tables in hallway.

10. Box lids to be placed behind Division tables and Cashier’s tables; 1 per table
