AYSO REGISTRATION MASTER
(rev. 5/2/03)

1. Set up
   a. Build tables and chairs and place in designated locations
   b. Tape large signs on wall behind specific table
   c. Tape small signs on designated tables
   d. Place flyers on designated tables
   e. Place runner box tops in designated spots
   i. Between tables for registration forms placement
   f. Place pens, felt pens, paperclips, etc., in designated areas


2. “Work the Line”
   a. Carol Perestam, Leslie Vuoso, Shauna Campos
   b. See Carol Perestam for instructions
   c. Have 1-2 teenagers at “forms completion” tables
      i. Answer questions
      ii. Keep an eye on supplies
 
3. Check-In Table
   a. Janice Bies in charge
   b. Need 3 teenagers to help
   c. Verify birth date w/ Birth Certificate, Passport, Baptismal Cert.
   d. Determine the player’s division by using Age Chart
   e. Write Division in BIG LETTERS on front of Registration form
 
4. Registration
   a. Players/parents will go to appropriate division tables to register
   b. If single-child family, not multi-child family, divisions are to collect checks
      i. If multi-child family or pay by cash, send to Cashier’s Table
   c. Volunteers to put registration forms in boxes for pick up
 
5. Volunteer’s Table
   a. Staffed by Mindy Pharris
   b. Have 2 parents/teenagers to remind parents to visit this table
 
6. Referee’s & Coach’s Table
   a. Frank Z. and Stex P. to staff
   b. Have 2 parents/teenagers to remind parents to visit this table

7. Cashier’s Table
   a. See Richard Govenar for instructions
   b. Will take in multi-family payments as well as cash
   c. Probably will have some single-child families coming
 
8. Summer Soccer
   a. Joe Bies and John Keller to staff
   b. They to handle own money
      i. Coordinate with Treasurer/Cashier’s Table

9. Registration Forms Separation Team
   a. Need 4 teenage runners to pick up and deliver:
      i. Registration forms from division tables
         1. Will be in boxes next to tables
      ii. Checks to be delivered to Cashier’s Table
   b. Need 5 teenage volunteers to separate Registration forms:
      i. Separate forms
      ii. Group same color together for each division
      iii. Put separated and color-grouped forms in appropriate gender and age group drawers
