Division Tables
(Rev. 4/27/05) Verify the Registration Form is
complete
Verify the player is in the right division
using the Age Chart
Enlist the parent to volunteer as a Coach,
Assistant Coach, Referee, etc.
If they are going to volunteer, send them to the
Volunteer’s Table when you finish with them
Collect the appropriate payment and verify the check
number and amount are on the bottom right of the form. If not, write
it there
Verify there is a phone number on the check. If
not, put in the memo area
If the registrant/parent is registering more than one
player, have them go to the next child’s Division table, do not take the
Reg. Form; tell them to give it to the cashier. Once they have been to all
the appropriate Division tables, send them to the Cashier’s Table
with ALL of the Reg. Forms and the check.
If the registrant/parent is paying in cash,
send them to the Cashier’s Table. Do not take the Reg.
Form
Place the Registration Form and check in the box
behind the table. A runner will occasionally come by and pick up them
